What is PTSD?
Dr. Williams is a founder/Board member and the Clinical Director of US Vet Source, Inc.
She will be on the front lines in determining suitability in participating in the US Vet Source program.
Dr. Williams has over 25 years of professional experience in dealing with the effect of PTSD and TBI. She has published: "Life after Trauma " and "The Trauma Workbook ". She counsels veterans and others who have experienced trauma and provides training workshops to units within the DEA and VA health systems.
Mulford H. (Hank) Smith is Chief Financial Officer and Board Member. Mr. Smith provides strategic direction over the
financial systems and controls of US Vet Source, Inc.
Mr. Smith is a service disabled veteran with over 30 years of experience in senior management positions in the FDIC and has served on the Board of Directors of the FDIC Federal Credit Union in all capacities, including as Chairman. He is a CPA, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a FAA licensed commercial pilot, and earned a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University.

Mr. Dibble is the Financial Resource Director of US Vet Source. He provides services that will establish Corporate and Federal grants that will assist in supporting US Vet Source.
He is a retired Enrolled Agent and had worked in the the field of taxation for 28 years. He specialized in corporate and individual taxation and taxpayer representation before the Internal Revenue Service.
He served in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist and was stationed on the USS Conyngham (DDG-17) and the USS Callaghan (DDG 994).
